A: Yes. You can buy as many tickets are you need. Simply increase the amount of tickets you wish to purchase in the quantity box. Each ticket is for one access only and each person entering the park/event must have their own ticket.
Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: Your online tickets will be e-mailed to you. Each ticket will have a unique bar-code. Each ticket will be scanned for a single entrance to the park or event. The bar-code prevents duplicate entry.
Q: Is the ticket safe & secure?
Q: Are my debit/credit card details safe?
A: Yes. The site is protected by 3D secure. 3D secure is a service facilitated by VISA and Mastercard that allows you to transact online securely when you use your debit/credit cards.

A: A ticket cannot be changed once it has been bought. To cancel your order, complete the "How to apply for a refund" online form. As this may take a few days, you can purchase your correct ticket in the meantime while your refund is being processed.
Q: Do I personally have to use my ticket?
A: No. Your ticket can be redeemed by a family member or friend.
Q: Can I cancel my recent purchase?
A: Yes. Simply complete the "How to apply for a refund" online form.
Q: Will I be able to get a refund?
A: To apply for a refund, complete the "How to apply for a refund" online form. When uShaka Ticketing issues you a refund for a ticket, it will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. uShaka Marine World will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

We use your e-mail address to confirm your registration, online order status or payment confirmation, notify you about event changes or cancellations, respond to inquiries and to keep you updated about news and information relevant to you.
